Our Founder

The Blueprint was founded by Brie Kluytenaar, a former employment attorney with 15 years of experience advising organizations on workplace design, employee relations, and the legal and cultural dimensions of how work gets structured.

That vantage point — inside boardrooms and alongside HR leadership across a wide range of organizations — offers a rare, unfiltered view of what is working, what isn't, and why.

Alongside that career, Brie has spent years as a yoga and breathwork teacher, meditation practitioner, and facilitator of group experiences for people navigating change and loss. The combination is deliberate: the structural rigor of employment law, and the human understanding of what people actually need to show up fully — in work and in life.

This is not a wellness company. It is not a consulting firm with a wellness add-on. It is a new framework for how we think about work — built by someone who has seen both sides, and who knows that the two are far more connected than most organizations have been willing to admit.

“Wellness isn’t a reward for finishing the work — it’s how you do the work, and more importantly, how you make it last.”
